Leadership and team building mentoring with horses is an innovative method for developing leadership and management skills. This horse-assisted intervention program takes place over a period of 7 days or optionally 10 days. The focus is clearly on further training and intensive personal development.

Initial consultation and needs analysis


 

In a personal preliminary discussion, we analyze the specific challenges and goals of your company together with you. We place particular emphasis on your individual management requirements and team structures. With the help of a detailed needs analysis, we determine the optimal approach for the experience-oriented leadership and team building measure through the collaboration of our four-legged co-trainers, the horses.


 

Concept and objectives


Based on the findings from the needs analysis, we develop a tailor-made concept for your leadership and team building measure. We specifically use experience-oriented methods to enable authentic and sustainable learning experiences. The objective is clearly defined in order to place a clear focus on strengthening leadership skills and team cohesion. We work closely with you to ensure that the concept is perfectly tailored to your company goals.


 

Implementation of the measure using experience-oriented methods


 

The implementation of your leadership and team building measures is carried out by our experienced expert in experience-oriented leadership development, supported by the cooperation of our four-legged co-trainers, the horses. In practice-oriented units, participants are challenged by various experience-oriented activities in order to gain valuable insights into their leadership skills and team dynamics. This experience-oriented approach promotes understanding of effective communication, teamwork and leadership in a unique way.

The participants are divided into two groups and each create a course using objects such as pylons, barrels, poles, cavaletti and dual lanes.
