My passion is horses - in connection with us humans.
Horses move us and I love my work because I can and am allowed to reach, accompany and move people.
I founded the HippoCampus Academy with the vision of creating an open space for encounters, a place where personal growth is possible, free from any expectations.
A place where different people from different situations can meet, exchange ideas and "recharge".
In my individual mentoring, online or on-site, I work holistically with you – with everything you bring with you, with everything you are right now, or think you are right now.
It's about YOU! You can be the leader of your own life!
And I would be happy to accompany you on this adventure, this journey, back to yourself, to your very own creative power.
Sometimes we need that, another person who sees us in a way that we can't right now: full of energy, lovable, valuable and able to face this life with a clear: Yes, I'm in!
I know what I'm talking about - and I can and want to be by your side to encourage you, support you, motivate you and work out one or two life hacks with you regarding leadership. You will take every single step yourself.

As an experienced mentor in the field of experiential leadership training and team building, it is my passion to help companies strengthen their leaders and intensify the team spirit.
With the help of our four-legged co-trainers, the horses, I create a unique learning environment that allows participants to have authentic experiences and take their leadership skills to a whole new level. In today's dynamic business world, I believe it is essential that leaders not only have in-depth technical knowledge, but also outstanding soft skills and the ability to inspire their teams.
With the help of horses as unique co-trainers, I not only enable an understanding of the team spirit, but also profound experiences that highlight individual strengths and potential.
Every employee has enormous potential waiting to be developed.
Through interactive and experience-oriented exercises with the horses, I create an atmosphere in which team members not only understand the team spirit, but also feel it deeply and actively implement it.
This not only creates a stronger management level, but also a team that develops unimagined potential through its diversity and collaboration.
My mission is to lead leaders and teams on a transformative journey that not only increases the performance of the company but also promotes the personal growth of each individual.
